Best Residential Project in Bengaluru City - Affordable Segment

We are delighted to inform you that VBHC Serene Town has won the award for the Best Residential project in Bengaluru City under Affordable-Segment. Shri. Nitin Gadkari, Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways presented the award to Mr. Jaithirth (Jerry) Rao, Chairman of VBHC Value Homes Private Limited.

The 11th CNBC-AWAAZ Real Estate Awards presented by RR Kabel, the first-of-its kind initiative to recognize the country’s real estate sector was instituted by CNBC-AWAAZ in 2005. This Award has almost become the Gold Standard for the country’s real-estate industry.
